Emerald Driving Academy is one of the first Certified Driving Schools in the State of Maryland with the instruction in English and Russian!
Emerald Driving Academy was founded in 1995. It is licensed by Motor Vehicle Administration [MVA] and based in Baltimore, MD. We helped a lot of students to fulfill their dreams
of becoming safe drivers. We offer Driver Education for teens and adults
and 3-hour Alcohol and Drug Program for new drivers who have never been licensed in USA. The courses are taught in English and Russian.
Emerald Driving Academy also has a Court Certified Interpreter on our staff who can assist you during the driver's test and will make a translation of your out-of-country driver's license and other foreign documents from your native language into English.
